After graduating from the Adventure diploma I completed my degree in Tourism Management, then a post graduate certificate in Destination Development. After schooling I continued to guide and even ran my own company. My new career with the Canadian Coast Guard as a Risk Analyst for Maritime Search and Rescue Delivery (RAMSARD) became possible because of my studies, training and experience in marine-based Adventure Tourism.
