Subjects: Coastal Forest Technology

As a Registered Forest Technologist, Matthew’s areas of expertise are Forest Engineering,Harvesting and Road Construction, Karst Surveying/Assessments and Watershed Renewal.  For the past ten years he has been working in various roles in the Port Alberni area and is currently a member of the Association of British Columbia Forest Professionals.  Matthew has an infectious enthusiasm for everything forestry and he uses his passion and high energy to motivate and engage his students.  With over 15 years of accumulated knowledge and experience it is a pleasure to have Matthew as part of our Coastal Forest team.
