Renovations will create a new working space bringing registration, advising and counselling services into one location that remains focused on supporting student needs. New landscaping, entrance-ways and hallways will make it easier for students to enter Discovery Hall from the east side of the campus.
Every effort is being made to maintain service levels and minimize disruptions while we complete the work. Please find student service and construction details below.
Student Services Schedule:
- Friday, April 12 - Student Services will be closing at 1 pm.
- Monday, April 15 - Student Services Comox Valley is closed. During the closure, self-service will be available. For all other queries, call 1-800-715-0914.
- Tuesday, April 16 - Student Services will re-open in Discovery Hall and regular service will resume at the following locations:
- Admissions — DIS 203
- Advising — DIS 202
- Registration — DIS 204
