Chef Jonathan Frazier is again partnering with NIC students at Longlands golf course for two new events – Brunch Around the World and Beer & BBQ - Flavours From Around the World.
NIC at Longlands presents: Brunch Around the World
This spring-themed buffet event will feature menu items from across the globe and will include storytelling, live acoustic music and a mini-workshop on how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Sample Hawaiian poke, Mexican chilaquiles and much more. Traditional North American breakfast items will also be featured. Seating is limited, so reserve early.

Kick off spring with this mini-festival of grilled fare and beer. Includes all your barbecue favourites, with flavours from afar.
