In accordance with the Government of British Columbia, NIC flags will fly at half-mast on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 to acknowledge the five-year anniversary of the Opioid Overdose Crisis in B.C. being declared a Public Health Emergency and in memory of all the British Columbians whose lives have been lost due to this crisis.
