This interactive and stimulating pre-conference forum will provide opportunities for learning, discussion and networking for college and institute CEOs, vice-presidents, deans, department heads, researchers, instructors, and board members from institutions serving rural, remote and northern communities on excellence in education delivery, community building, innovation and leading change locally, nationally and globally.
