Join us for Thrive – an initiative started by UBC, where we learn about, talk about and explore ways to support our mental health. The goal of Thrive is to bring together students, faculty and staff to do something fun while supporting mental health and wellbeing.

Pop into the Library and Learning Commons to explore their wellness resources – complete a fun THRIVE word search, sign out a mindfulness kit, or check out some of their online mindfulness guides.
