Courses

  • PCS-010 Team Building and Leadership
    This course examines the main categories of leadership styles and provides practical techniques for leaders in meetings, team events, business communications and information management.
  • PCS-011 Administrative Skills Coordination
    Students will explore the basics of program administration – including developing strategies for communications, document and time management to support and track program efficiency.
  • PCS-012 Finance and Budget Management
    This course covers the basics in program budget development and management. Topics include monitoring cash flow, purchasing and procurement and managing risk in the supply chain.
  • PCS-013 Project Coordination Skills
    Delve into the tools and techniques to support your organization’s projects and programs effectively and efficiently. Students will review strategies and tools to manage change and support a project team.
