Carpentry Foundation Harmonized Certificate

Develop essential skills both in the classroom and on the worksite. You’ll learn safety, site layout and survey, footing and wall form work and residential wood frame construction from experienced Red Seal instructors, current apprentices and industry representatives. You'll also earn level 1 technical training credit and work-based training hours toward your Interprovincial (Red Seal) certification when you register as an apprentice. As a graduate you will be equipped to pursue employment as an apprentice carpenter in residential, commercial or industrial construction, as a framer, finisher, forming carpenter or home renovator.

 This program is currently not available to international applicants.
