Area of Expertise: Plumbing Appr Harmonized, Plumbing & Piping Foundation Harmonized
Jacques Gartner is a plumber/gasfitter and steamfitter/pipefitter Red Seal journeyman
endorsed with a background in commercial service and residential plumbing as well
as industrial steamfitting. In 2017, Jacques completed his bachelor's of education
degree and began teaching apprenticeship pipe trades to high school students in Edmonton
Alberta. Seeking adventure and new opportunities Jacques moved to Vancouver Island
in 2022 with his wife and three daughters. Jacques will be instructing both harmonized
plumbing apprenticeship and plumbing foundation programs here at NIC.
