Sierra supports educational and military students in exploring their options, planning their studies, and connecting with the resources they need to succeed. Previously, Sierra developed and led NIC’s Healthy Trades program, supporting the mental health and wellness of NIC Trades students. Sierra holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree and a Bachelor of Education. She brings a welcoming and practical approach to advising and is passionate about helping students overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
