Next year, there will be more trained education assistants and community support workers available to support North Vancouver Island communities through a partnership between NIC and the Mount Waddington Family Literacy Society. 

The K’ómoks First Nation, North Island College (NIC) and guests gathered at the Comox Valley campus Friday, Jan. 6 to bless the site of two new student housing buildings at NIC.

NIC will be closed from Saturday, Dec 24, 2022 to Monday, Jan 2, 2023 for the Winter Break. We look forward to seeing you back on campuses on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
