NIC celebrated the opening of its new $1.4 million campus on Thursday, January 18 with an open house that brought together students, faculty and community partners from across the North Island.

Electrician instructor David Johns will be joining NIC’s faculty this winter to teach its popular Electrical Foundation certificate.

NIC’s Campbell River campus reached a significant milestone this month, when almost 60 trucks were on hand to pour the foundation and floor of NIC’s new Heavy Duty Mechanics shop.
