Technical support
If you are a current student and have questions about setting up your student email, accessing Wi-Fi or using NIC student learning platforms like Brightspace, visit Student Technical Services.
If you’re having problems signing into your Microsoft 365 account, try attempting a password reset. Once you can access your account, you’ll be able to manage your security information and other settings.
Students and employees who are unable to resolve their technical problems should submit an NIC Service Desk request.
Get support in person
You can find a variety of resources and amenities by checking in with your campus Student Services. We can provide details on programs, registration, academic advising and accessible learning services — or help you access student information, such as your official transcripts.

Our Campbell River, Comox Valley and Port Alberni campuses are also home to NIC’s Library and Learning Commons (LLC). The LLC is your one-stop-shop for borrowing research materials, getting math and writing support and accessing study spaces.
