Payment options
The rental rate is determined by multiplying the nightly rate for your suite by the number of nights in that specific month. Since months vary in length, your rent will differ slightly each month.
Students can pay their rent in full prior to the start of each term or opt for monthly payments, in which case an administration fee will apply (charged with your first month's rent).
